• No warranty of views, virality, revenue, or platform ranking.
• Review AI output before publish (script, voice, captions). Client approves final cuts.

Rights & sources

• Client must own or license all source media.
• No copyright theft. We refuse known infringing sources.
• Platforms may remove content; we are not liable for platform enforcement.

Money & publishing

• NO REFUNDS once production has started or files are delivered (except non-waivable law).
• Approval before publish unless you explicitly authorize posting.
• Never invent performance metrics in reports.

Operator Fuel

Soft “powered by Operator Fuel” may appear. Kit sales are separate (getoperatorfuel.com). Foundry does not sell OpFuel kits as its product.
